Welcome to Discovery Counselling, my name is Lesley Withey.
I have been practicing on the Northern Beaches of Sydney as a Registered Clinical Psychotherapist for over 25 years working with individuals and families.
When coming to therapy, I consider the whole person’s experience to be important i.e. your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations.
Through the therapeutic relationship, I will support you to discover inner resources and new perspectives you never thought possible so you can self support and become empowered to make positive changes that will certainly enrich your life.
